Return Policy

Each customer has 14 calendar days to return a purchased item, starting from the date of receiving the shipment. Within these 14 days, you must inform us of your intention to return the product—our staff will provide information regarding the refund process.

You can return the purchased product without a return form—just briefly describe the reason for the return and include it in the package. Returned products must not be damaged, dirty, washed, or modified, and should be sent back in their original packaging. Returns of personalized products are not possible, as these are made to individual order. However, if the personalized product you receive is defective, you can report it to our Customer Service Office. Please contact us at kamil@hayyabrand.com.
