Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Each product is available in the store. If, at the time of placing your order, a product is unavailable (due to a warehouse error), we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order using the original payment method.

2. Delivery Location

Products offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses within Europe, North America, and Asia. We also accept orders from international customers if the delivery address is in Poland.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. The delivery time is 3–7 business days. Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. These are only estimated timelines and may vary depending on order acceptance and confirmation.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 8 business days from the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.

Delivery time may vary depending on courier practices, delivery location, shipping method, and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout on our website.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location. To find out how much your delivery will cost, add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page—detailed shipping charges will be displayed there.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations or for large and heavy items. Any such costs will be clearly shown on the order summary page.

VAT is charged according to the regulations applicable at the delivery location.
